PRIVACY POLICY
Panama Sound collects only what’s needed to run the studio, book sessions, communicate with clients, and deliver files. We don’t sell personal information for advertising or marketing, and this policy complies with the CCPA and CPRA.
Information Collected
When you contact the studio or book a session, we collect what you provide voluntarily — name, email, phone number, project details, scheduling preferences, and payment-related information. For clients paying in advance, we offer a password-protected client portal for Stripe-based payment; Stripe handles all card and financial data directly, and Panama Sound never sees or stores it. Portal access itself involves a login or access credential tied to your project.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website uses Google Site Kit (Google Analytics) to collect limited, aggregate usage data — pages visited, general traffic patterns. Google Signals is not enabled, so this data is not linked across devices or used for cross-site tracking. The site also uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items to support basic functionality:

Use of Information
Your information is used to schedule and manage sessions, communicate about your project, process payment through Stripe, deliver files, keep basic internal records, and improve studio operations and the website. It’s never sold, traded, or rented.
California Privacy Rights
California residents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal or operational requirements. Panama Sound doesn’t sell personal information as defined under CCPA or CPRA. Because our Google Analytics configuration doesn’t enable Google Signals or cross-context data linking, we don’t consider our current usage to constitute “sharing” under CPRA; if that changes, this policy and any required opt-out mechanism will be updated accordingly.
Children’s Privacy
Panama Sound doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is found, it’s deleted promptly.
