What You’re Booking
You’re booking time that includes equipment, space, and an engineer. Panama Sound operates on a flexible hourly model.
How Booking Works
Every booking starts with a brief conversation — in person, by email, text, or phone call, whatever’s easiest.
First Contact
You can reach out a couple different ways.
A quick exchange usually clears up any confusion, and it only takes about five minutes. The goal is just to understand your project, confirm which session format fits best, and check availability.
Payment is Straightforward
Most clients pay in-cash at the end of the session.
If that’s not convenient for you, a secure payment link or tap-to-pay is available supporting major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the other usual options. Sessions are all-inclusive, so there are no surprise charges. At our discretion, a deposit may be requested to reserve a date.

Bring your instrument, your voice, your band, or just your ideas. If you’re prepared, great — and if you’re not sure how prepared you need to be, we’ll talk it through beforehand.

Location
The studio is located in the Richmond Annex neighborhood of Richmond, California — a quiet residential area chosen specifically for low noise and minimal interruption. You can read more on the Location Page.

Who You’ll Be Working With
Panama Sound is a one-man show for the moment, so you’ll be working with me, Logan. I’ll be your engineer, mixer, (and your producer if you need production).
