By booking a session or submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.

Ownership & Rights

Everything you create during your session — recordings, performances, compositions — is 100% yours. Panama Sound makes no claim to your masters, publishing, or royalties, and no rights are retained, assigned, or implied.

Booking & Session Structure

Sessions are paid for by the hour, with a four-hour minimum, and begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrival doesn’t extend the session.

Payment, Deposits & Cancellations

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice and your payment transfers to a new date. Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-show, and payments are forfeited.

Studio Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely. A session can be ended immediately, without refund, for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful conduct. Clients are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse of studio equipment.

Personal Equipment

You’re welcome to bring your own instruments or gear. Panama Sound isn’t responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property — insure your own equipment.

Deliverables

Sessions include a stereo mix plus any additional files agreed on during the session, delivered digitally. Mastering, if requested, is a separate service with its own timeline.

Liability

You use the studio at your own risk. Panama Sound isn’t liable for personal injury, lost property, or interruptions from events beyond reasonable control. Reasonable safeguards are in place, but the studio isn’t responsible for data loss from catastrophic failure.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the studio means you accept the current version.
