Booking at Panama Sound is simple and intentional.

We work with focused session formats, clear pricing, and a short conversation up front to make sure the fit is right. Once that’s set, the process stays quiet so the work can stay loud.

What You’re Booking

Panama Sound offers two session formats:

• 3-Hour Spark Session
• 6-Hour Production Session

Both are flat-rate and all-inclusive. Each session includes recording, real-time mixing, and production support. There are no line items, gear tiers, or add-on fees during the session.

You bring the songs. We handle the technical details so you can focus on performance.

How Booking Works

All bookings begin with a brief conversation. This can happen by email, text, phone, or a short video call.

The goal is to:

• understand your project
• confirm which session format fits best
• check availability

Once we agree on timing and format, you’ll receive a secure payment link to reserve your date.

Payment

Payment is straightforward and agreed upon in advance.

Most clients use a secure Stripe payment link, which supports major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other standard options.

If you prefer not to pay digitally, cash or check can be accepted in person by prior arrangement.

All sessions are flat-rate. There are no surprise charges.

What to Bring

Bring your instrument, your voice, your band, or your ideas.

If you’re prepared, great. If you’re unsure how prepared you need to be, we’ll talk it through beforehand. The studio workflow is designed to meet you where you are without wasting time.

You’ll leave with:

• a polished mix
• secure backups of your session files

Location

The studio is located in the Richmond Annex neighborhood of Richmond, California. It’s a quiet residential area chosen specifically for low noise and minimal interruption.

The exact address is shared after your session is booked.
